Maddy Baughn

Legal Assistant

Madison serves as a Legal Assistant at Harshbarger Law Firm and is often the first point of contact for clients. Since joining the firm in November 2022, she has brought strong interpersonal and communication skills to her role, helping ensure that clients feel heard, informed, and supported from the outset.

Madison primarily assists with family law matters and works closely with Kylee Vara in coordinating case preparation, managing client communication, and supporting the progression of cases. She understands that family law matters can be emotionally challenging, and she strives to provide responsive, organized, and professional support throughout the process.

Before joining the firm, Madison worked as an Optician at a family eye clinic in Billings, where she developed a strong attention to detail and a compassionate approach to client service. She is currently attending the University of Montana to further her education.

Outside the office, Madison enjoys staying active in the community and spending time with her family and dogs. She values service, connection, and continued personal growth—qualities that guide her work with clients each day.
