Office Manager & Bookkeeper

Stacey Pace serves as the Office Manager and Bookkeeper for Harshbarger Law Firm, overseeing the firm’s financial and administrative operations. Since joining the firm in August 2025, she has become a steady and trusted part of the team, ensuring that day-to-day systems run smoothly and efficiently.

A Montana native, Stacey began her undergraduate studies at Montana Tech on a volleyball scholarship before earning her bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Criminal Justice from Montana State University. She spent nearly 22 years with the Montana Department of Corrections in the Probation and Parole Division, where she developed extensive experience in administration, compliance, and client service.

Her background in the criminal justice system gives her a strong understanding of legal processes and the importance of accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism. Her attention to detail and commitment to integrity provide a strong foundation for the firm’s financial operations. Stacey takes pride in supporting both the attorneys and clients of Harshbarger Law Firm with organization, care, and dependability.

Outside of work, Stacey and her husband enjoy spending time with their family and making the most of Montana summers on the local rivers.
